Patty Cake, Patty Cake Farmer Girls

Today started off with a trip to Sunflower Farms. It's basically just a family farm that they've decided to open up to other folks in the community. Sarah has actually been there for not only her birthday party but for a few days during the summer for a camp.



Anyway, it was a beautiful day on the farm. We arrived around 10 and between feeding the various animals (goats, pigs, tortoise, horses, chickens, etc) and having a nice picnic lunch we wound up not leaving until a bit before 2pm. We've been to this farm quite a few times and as you can see from the pictures the girls just love it.



After naps, Brenda promised Sarah that they would bake a cake and that's exactly what they did. Haley eventually came in to help and the girls worked well together to produce their masterpiece.
